Spencer Cason

Spencer was admitted as an attorney in 2015. He previously practised at highly regarded South African law firms and worked for his own account, providing commercial legal services to clients in sectors such as private equity, financial services, agriculture and manufacturing. After practising at a top commercial law firm in Durban, he left traditional legal practice to establish himself as a legal consultant. For the last few years he has been providing legal support to Moore Durban, a member of the Moore Global accounting, audit and advisory network. Spencer has an interest in corporate and commercial law and, in addition to general contractual matters, he has experience in areas such as acquisitions, corporate restructures, corporate governance, trade finance and estate planning.

Spencer will be based in Durban and will assist our clients from there, travelling to our Sandton office as necessary.
