Anél Fouché
LLB
After being admitted as an attorney in 2005 and joining a conveyancing firm, Anél specialised in litigation arising from immovable property transactions. In 2007, she was appointed as a legal advisor at the Johannesburg office of RSM Betty & Dickson – an auditing and accounting firm with a wide range of clients based locally and internationally (both corporate and individual). Her focus was on general commercial legal work, as well as trusts, estate planning and deceased estates.
Her experience was substantially furthered in her appointment with Tshikululu Social Investments NPC in 2011 as Manager of Risk and Legal Services, where she concentrated on high-profile clients’ corporate social investment vehicles, the intricacies attached to their income tax exemption status and their beneficiaries.
An independent consultant since the beginning of 2014, Anél’s wide-ranging areas of experience include procurement, tenders and contract management.
